Your coach understands the challenges of weight loss intimately, having lost over 125 pounds herself. She will help you learn how to incorporate healthier food options, how to avoid pitfalls and frustrations, how to eat foods you actually enjoy and still lose weight, and to build long term habits to ensure sustainable weight loss. Dietary, allergy and food sensitivity restrictions are incorporated to ensure the program works for you.

Caroline is a champion of accessible, fun and sustainable ways to help you live a healthy and thriving life. From an early age, after a serious back injury sidelined her active life, she struggled with her weight. An obese teenager and adult, she knows the feelings of shame and health struggles that can come from being obese. A health crisis several years ago led to a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease, which was the start of her own wellness journey. After being unable to manage her disease with medication alone, she consulted a naturopath (Dr. Darou!). With her help, she discovered the power that food, fitness and mental wellness has to heal, uplift and transform your life.
Over time, Caroline developed a healthy, loving relationship with her body. She embraces the knowledge that it’s not the outside that matters; it’s about having a healthy and strong mind, body and spirit. Food became a tool to nourish and heal, and activity an outlet for physical and mental strength. Today her Crohn’s is managed without medication; she has lost well over 100 pounds, and has run a half marathon. Her transformation and ongoing wellness journey inspired her to help others with similar struggles. As a certified holistic nutritionist and fitness trainer, Caroline now provides clients with nutrition, self care and fitness tools to overcome health challenges and embrace a full and vibrant life. She is also a frequent speaker, giving talks on health and wellness topics in the community and for businesses.
