- What 3 habits you (most likely) have that are weakening your pelvic floor
- The link between a missing booty (aka Flat Ass Syndrome) and a weak pelvic floor
- A series of simple yet effective alignment strategies & exercises you can use to kickstart your long-term pelvic floor health
In short, you’ll learn how to align your pelvis and create a strong and functional pelvic floor.
